Buchanan Park is located approximately 7 miles north-east of Glasgow City Centre on the A80, Cumbernauld Road. The A80 provides a link on to the M80 motorway which provides access to Sitrling and the North. In turn, the M80 motorway provides access on to the M8 motorway which provides access to Edinburgh and the East along with Glasgow Airport and the West. The recently completed M74 extension is accessed via the M8 motorway and is the arterial motorway to Carlisle and the South.
The park benefits from being located approximately 0.5 miles from Stepps Railway Station, within 8 minutes walking distance. The station provides frequent services to Queen Street Station with a journey time of 12 minutes. There are a number of bus stops adjacent to the property providing services to Glasgow City Centre and Cumbernauld.
